We appreciate your recent purchase and are happy to have you join the JUBLEELENS family. Please fill out the form below to register your Progressive, Bifocal, Single Power, or Zero Power product. You must register your eyewear for warranty purposes, and by doing so, you'll explore about eye health issues, lens maintenance, and for the claim your warrenty in future for manufectring defect. We'll even let you know when your subsequent eye test is due.
(Self damage and accidental damage are not covered by warranties.)
